This website at www.strategic-rx.com is owned and operated by StrategicRX FZ-LLC, a consultancy registered in the United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “StrategicRX”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to StrategicRX FZ-LLC. “Website” includes the pages, content, forms, diagnostics, private offer information, and purchase functions made available through this domain.

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website. Separate written terms may apply to a purchase or client engagement. If separate written terms conflict with these terms, the separate written terms control for that purchase or engagement.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to use the Website, and comply with applicable law. If you use the Website for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization where your actions would bind it.

You may not use the Website if applicable law prevents you from doing so or if your access has been suspended or ended by StrategicRX.

The Website provides information about StrategicRX, consulting services, Executive Decision Support, commercial frameworks, articles, case studies, recommendations, and the 4-Minute Business Scan. It also allows you to submit an enquiry and, on selected pages, purchase a defined service through Stripe.

Website use, an enquiry, a Business Scan submission, or access to private offer information does not create a consulting, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship. A consulting relationship begins only under a separate written agreement. A direct-purchase service begins under the purchase description and any terms supplied with the purchase.

Information submitted through a form must be accurate, lawful, and submitted in good faith. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, transmit malicious code, or submit material that infringes another person’s rights.

Contact and Business Scan forms are processed by Formspree. Form submissions may include your name, business email, company, role, message, Business Scan answers and results, and limited technical data used to transmit and protect the submission. By submitting a form, you ask StrategicRX to use that information to respond, provide the requested result, or take steps connected with a possible engagement. A form submission does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data through a Website form. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

The Business Scan uses your self-reported answers and fixed, rule-based scoring. It provides an indicative view of five commercial areas, possible priorities, confidence in the result, and any critical exposure triggered by an answer.

The Business Scan is not an audit, due-diligence review, valuation, financial forecast, verified diagnosis, or company-specific implementation plan. It does not verify the completeness or accuracy of the information supplied. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use the result.

StrategicRX may accept or decline an enquiry and is not required to provide a proposal or enter an engagement. Descriptions of possible services, delivery ranges, offer structures, or prices on the Website are invitations to discuss or purchase the stated service. They are not a binding consulting proposal unless expressly stated.

Consulting scope, responsibilities, access, timing, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, data protection, cancellation, termination, liability, and governing law are set out in a separate written agreement. Until that agreement is executed, StrategicRX owes no engagement-based duty of care or confidentiality beyond duties imposed by applicable law.

Executive Decision Support may be purchased through Stripe while availability remains open. Prices, session structure, inclusions, and payment options are those shown on the purchase page when you buy. The USD 497 Session 1 payment is credited toward the USD 1,997 complete engagement if you continue, as described on that page.

Stripe processes payment and related transaction information under its own terms and privacy notice. StrategicRX does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. You are responsible for supplying accurate billing information and ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and service delivery are governed by the purchase description, confirmation, and any additional terms supplied for the purchase. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right that applies to you.

The Website and its content, including text, design, branding, logos, images, articles, videos, frameworks, diagnostic questions, scoring structure, reports, downloads, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to StrategicRX and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

StrategicRX grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Website for lawful, internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, create derivative products from, remove notices from, or commercially exploit Website content without written permission. Normal linking to public Website pages is permitted if it is accurate and does not imply endorsement.

You must not:

• break any law or infringe another person’s rights;
• probe, bypass, damage, or interfere with Website security;
• introduce malware, harmful code, or excessive traffic;
• access private areas without authorization;
• scrape, copy, or extract Website content at scale, including to train or support a competing product or service;
• use false information, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading material; or
• use Website content or forms in a way that harms StrategicRX, another user, or a third party.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give StrategicRX and its service providers permission to process it as needed to receive, secure, review, respond to, and keep a record of your submission, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Website forms are not a secure channel for unsolicited trade secrets or highly confidential information. Unless a separate confidentiality agreement applies, sending information does not require StrategicRX to treat an unsolicited idea, proposal, or document as confidential or proprietary.

Case studies, metrics, and recommendations describe past work, individual views, or specific business contexts. They may be anonymized or edited for length without changing their intended meaning. They do not promise that another company or individual will achieve the same outcome. Results depend on the company, available information, leadership decisions, internal execution, customer response, market conditions, and other factors.

The Website uses or links to third-party services, including Formspree for form processing, Stripe for payment processing, YouTube for video content, and LinkedIn for professional profiles. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

StrategicRX does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of an external service. A link does not by itself mean that StrategicRX endorses every statement, product, or service on the linked website.

StrategicRX may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or remove Website content or functionality at any time. We do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, current, or free from errors. Access may be affected by maintenance, service-provider issues, network failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, StrategicRX excludes implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You are responsible for evaluating Website information and for decisions made using it. Website content does not replace advice from a qualified legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, or other regulated professional who has reviewed your specific circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrategicRX and its owners, employees, contractors, advisers, affiliates, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from Website use, including lost profit, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the agreement or purchase terms for that engagement.

To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs caused by your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. StrategicRX may control the defence of a claim covered by this section, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.

StrategicRX may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, intellectual property, or legal rights, or where these terms have been breached. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and dispute provisions, survive termination.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute connected with the Website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or a separate agreement states otherwise, the courts of the emirate in which StrategicRX FZ-LLC is registered have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, each party should give the other written notice of the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. The parties may agree in writing to mediation or arbitration.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without written permission. StrategicRX may assign them as part of a merger, restructuring, sale, or transfer of the Website or business.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Disclaimer, and any separate purchase or service terms form the applicable agreement concerning Website use. Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation.

StrategicRX may update these terms to reflect changes to the Website, services, providers, or law. The effective date shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated where required.
